Machine output

Results are supplied as-is for drafting and initial understanding. Users are responsible for accuracy, completeness, suitability, and their right to process the pasted text.

Free downloads

Cleanup, on-device translation, and preview do not consume the allowance. Free bilingual Word is limited on a rolling basis to 5,000 total words and two different documents in 24 hours per browser, with a more permissive network limit to discourage repeated resets.

Paid Word downloads

The server recalculates pricing from the source word count. A paid download is enabled only after server verification. The export fee does not purchase human translation, proofreading, certification, or sworn translation.

Watermark and edit protection

The free file may use a watermark and Word Restrict Editing. These controls are not encryption and cannot guarantee that content is impossible to copy or modify elsewhere.

Refund support

If payment succeeds but the download cannot be provided, contact support with the job ID and payment evidence. Transaction logs can be reviewed without requesting document text.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with the system, evade payment controls, or represent machine output as a sworn or certified human translation.
